May maintenance delayed until at-least August

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the hardware maintenance that was previously scheduled for May 4 - 8 is postponed until at-least August. We have not determined specific dates yet, but we are targeting a one-week period sometime in-between the Summer and Fall semesters (August 3 - 21).

UPDATE (May 12): We have tentatively re-scheduled the maintenance for the week of August 3rd though August 7th.  However, as you are well aware, the situation is fluid and ever-evolving.  We will either confirm or postpone the maintenance again by July 1.

We came to this decision after considering a number of factors.  The main reason is that it is not safe for our vendors to travel to Tallahassee, and we need to limit the number of people in the data center at the same time.

We will let you know as soon as we have determined new dates.  For now, the scope and amount of time any single service will be down have not changed; we don't expect any part of the maintenance to take more than a few days at a time.
