UPDATE: Jan 24 - 11am - Please refrain from using the Spear cluster, because we might have to restart these lustre clients.

UPDATE: Jan 24 - 7am - Lustre mounts on Condor and Spear are inaccessible. We are working on the problem.

UPDATE: As of 9pm, Lustre is back online. Thank you for your patience.

Due to a failing hardware component, we will need to shut down the Lustre file system tomorrow, Thursday Jan 23, 2014 from 5:30pm through 9:30pm.

This will mean that your home directories will not be available on Condor or Spear during the maintenance period. Condor jobs will continue to run if they have already been submitted, but you will not be able to interact with the system.
