Starting on Friday, December 20, all HPC users will be required to login to the FSU VPN in order to access the HPC from off-campus. Documentation for how to setup the VPN client is available on our website: http://rcc.fsu.edu/docs/off-campus-access

We are implementing this new policy in order to better protect RCC users' accounts from security exploitation attempts. This policy is already in effect for the Spear and Condor systems, so if you access those from off-campus, you will login to the VPN the same way in order to access the HPC submit nodes.

We encourage you to test connecting to the VPN anytime before December 20. If you have any issues, or if we can provide any assistance, please let us know.
