The RCC is currently working to deploy a Galaxy server for general use.

Galaxy is a web-based platform that makes computational biology accessible to research scientists who do not have computer programming experience. It is also used as a general bioinformatics workflow management system.

We are interested in working with existing Galaxy users to test the RCC’s Galaxy instance. This instance of Galaxy will have access to the Panasas filesystem and will be able to submit jobs directly to our HPC.
