Some users have reported issues connecting to RCC servers when using the VPN from off-campus.

If you receive a network timeout, unable to connect, or server not found error, you may be experiencing a problem with DNS over VPN. We are looking into the issue now, and it should be resolved soon.

In the meantime, you can connect to our services using IP addresses:

• submit.hpc.fsu.edu => 144.174.80.99
• spear-login.rcc.fsu.edu => 144.174.61.2 thru 144.174.61.8 and 144.174.61.23 thru 144.174.61.30
• condor-submit.rcc.fsu.edu => 144.174.50.27
