How this works

  1. You complete the support request form.
  2. Every staff member on the RCC team will receive your request via email
  3. Somebody will respond to the request within one business day

What a great support request looks like

  1. Describe the issue in as much detail as you can.
  2. If you are requesting software installation, please include a link to where we can find more information about the packages.
  3. If this regards an HPC job, please as much of the following as you can:
    • Submit script path (or include in request)
    • Job ID #
