RNA-STAR is a powerful and fast RNA sequence aligner which is designed to align spliced RNA transcripts to a reference sequence.

Using RNA-STAR on RCC Resources

RNA-STAR does not require a module to run. Simply log in to either a Spear or HPC node and run the program using STAR (all capital letters). A PDF describing the usage of this program can be found here.
