Model Coupling Toolkit (MCT)

Set of open-source software tools for creating coupled models

Introduction

MCT, or Model Coupling Toolkit, is a set of programs designed to help facilitate the creation of coupled models which are interoperable. MCT can be run in parallel and used to generate parallel coupled models as well.

Using MCT on RCC Resources

The MCT toolkit is available across each of the main compilers on the HPC (GNU, Intel, and PGI) with the exception of the Solaris compiler suite. No modules are required in order to use the MCT toolkit. The associated libraries and tools are readily available upon login to an HPC node. Information regarding the use of the MCT toolkit can be found in this pdf.
