MIRA

A Genome Assembly and Mapping Program

Introduction

MIRA is a sequence assembly and mapping program designed to build genomes out of multiple sequence reads from a variety of different genetic sequencing technologies. Detailed usage documentation and information can be found at the main documentation page for the program.

Using MIRA on RCC Resources

MIRA does not require a module to be loaded in order to run on RCC systems. In order to run MIRA, simply type mira -[OPTIONS] INFILE where OPTIONS is a list of command-line options, a list of which can be found with mira -help, and where INFILE is the require manifest file needed to run MIRA. For detailed information on using MIRA itself, please refer to the documentation website.
