Join the RCC for their Fall 2013 Open House. Stop by during the afternoon to mingle with RCC staff and researchers and find out how the RCC can help you save time and money on your next research project. RCC staff will be present to discuss your research needs and introduce you to the computing, data storage and consulting services available through the RCC. In addition to providing a wide variety of hardware infrastructure services, learn how the RCC can deliver dedicated database support, workflow management and help with advanced algorithms and data management plans.  Light refreshments will be provided, and the RCC will also be presenting:

• Virtual tours of RCC data centers – see what new tools RCC staff are using to monitor the systems that support your research
• 3D video simulations – view images that were generated using software available on the RCC Spear Cluster
• Research presentations and posters – attend talks highlighting some of the recent research supported by the RCC
• Hardware demonstrations – technology partners from Intel and Dell will be on site to show some of the latest products and how they can support your workloads
• Raffle for HPC computing – enter your name into a drawing to win a personal HPC queue that will give you access to 16 processor cores for an entire month
