Data @ Dirac: Introduction to HPC & the Slurm workload manager Presented by the RCC

This workshop will cover the basics of using the High Performance Computing cluster (HPC) to run computing jobs. It is a great introduction for users new to the HPC or those who wish to brush up on current best-practices and workflows for using the HPC at FSU. Specifically, this workshop will cover: how the HPC works, what the Slurm Scheduler is and how to use it, Slurm job submission and job management commands, and how to run compute jobs on the HPC.
