We are currently examining issues on the backfill and backfill2 partitions.  Users attempting to submit jobs to either of these partitions may see their jobs wait indefinitely (or for a very long time), with the reason being shown as "Priority".

As soon as we have some updates on the status of this issue, we will post another notice here and on our Twitter feed.
