RESOLVED: VPN issues with the "/hpc" profile

UPDATE - 3:30pm: We are pleased to inform you that the VPN issues that we encountered this morning with the "/hpc" profile are resolved.

We are experiencing network trouble with our "/hpc" endpoint likely due to a misconfiguration.  We expect to have the issue resolved promptly.  In the meantime, the default profile for faculty and staff is working: "" (without the "/hpc" suffix).

Students without staff appointments, however, will not be able to login to the VPN until the issue is resolved.

We will update this notice when the issue is resolved.
