ITS Networking has informed us that they will be performing switch maintenance on the building from 6-7:30am tomorrow (Thursday, December 14).

We do not expect RCC Resources to be affected.

However, if your jobs read or write data to the Lustre, or your jobs are running on certain end-of-life nodes (2008 nodes), connectivity may be affected while the switch is being rebooted.

Also, if you are logged into a HPC login node or Spear during this time, you may be disconnected.  If this happens, you can simply wait until the maintenance is complete at 7:30 and reconnect.
